Why TV Advertising?

According to the recent report How People Watch – a Global Nielsen Report” - consumers in many markets are still spending an enormous 4+ hours per day watching television. Due to the increase in the availability of TV channels, the costs of TV advertising spots have become more competitive and have subsequently fallen dramatically over the last decade. This has led to many smaller businesses buying TV Advertising Spots.

How much will it cost to make a TV Advertisement?

As a general estimation, the production of the advertisement will cost around a quarter of the total advertising campaign budget. For example, if your budget is £20,000 then you should expect to spend around £5,000 on your advertisement production.

- the TV channel itself and whether your advertisement is run regionally or nationally

- the time of day (early morning is the cheapest, the evening the most expensive)

- time time of year (the run up to Christmas is the most expensive, where August and January are cheapest).
